How to use your Chakras

Our bodies are built up of seven chakras, positioned in the centre, allowing energy to flow through. Each chakra represents a different part of our being and having a blocked energy can often lead to illness.

From the Root chakra, which represents our foundation and feeling of being grounded, to the Crown chakra, which is the highest chakra that represents our ability to be fully connected spiritually. It's important to know and understand how you can use your chakra.

Open your chakras through different chakra meditations, using a variation of breathing exercises, positions, mudras (hand gestures) and sounds that allows your body and mind to focus on particular energies within your body. Chakra appears in a variety of ways and times for each individual through chakra meditation. But generally what is highlighted are places of constriction, density, cloudiness and separation from the other chakras when another is being focused on.

Wear your chakras. Through carrying chakra crystals and jewelry made using them, you can wear each element and carry it around with you.
